Franchise Terms and Conditions
Upon Successful Registration and payment of
Non Refundable
Franchise Activation Fee Rs. 1116/-, Temporary Login Credentials will be sent to Applicant Registered Email ID, once the Application for Franchise Business is approved. Two Sets of Franchise Agreement copies will be dispatched to Applicants Address. On Receipt of Agreement, within 15 Working days Applicant has to Return One set of Signed Franchise Agreement to
M/S. Tax Genius, Plot No 599, Road No. 12C, Hariharapuram, Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad-500070.
Franchise License will be terminated If the Signed Agreement is not sent to us within 15 working days.
This site is not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to local laws or regulations.
These Terms & Conditions and/or the operations in the accounts of the User maintained by the Tax Genius and/or the use of services provided through Franchise Logins shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India and no other nation. The User and the Tax Genius agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts located in Hyderabad, India as regards any claims or matters arising under these terms & conditions.
Tax Genius accepts no liability whatsoever, direct or indirect, for noncompliance with the laws of any country other than the Republic of India. The mere fact that the Tax Genius Services can be accessed through Internet by a User in a country other than India shall not be interpreted to imply that the laws of the said country govern these terms and conditions and/or the operations in the Franchise accounts of the User and/or the use of Franchise Portal.
All refunds will be subject to the excluding Payment Gateway Charges.
